PRODUCTION COORDINATOR:
At renuity, we are looking for a motivated and proactive Production Coordinator to join our vibrant team in Austin, TX. This role is pivotal in ensuring the seamless execution of our installation projects, aligning departmental processes with the broader business objectives of Statewide Remodeling Inc. You will be instrumental in providing exceptional support, assisting in logistical coordination, and enhancing our customer engagement strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the logistical and labor coordination for all installation jobs.
· Act as the primary point of contact for customers
Effectively communicate with customers about material updates, scheduling timelines, and necessary preparations.
Handle incoming calls and address customer inquiries promptly.
Serve as a liaison between Sales and Production teams to facilitate smooth operations.
Coordinate with other departments as necessary to ensure operational efficiency.
Maintain and monitor Excel spreadsheets containing internal data for tracking purposes.
Document customer interactions and feedback accurately in our CRM system.
Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Exceptional time management and organizational skills with an ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
Typing speed of at least 30 words per minute.
Basic proficiency in Excel.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
A minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer-facing role; scheduling experience is a plus.
A positive, energetic demeanor with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
Must be a team player, eager to take on additional responsibilities and grow within the company.
High School Diploma or GED is required.
Physical Requirements:
This role requires the ability to move around, sit, use hands to manipulate objects, tools, or controls, reach with hands and arms, and communicate verbally. Specific vision abilities required include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
