GENIBIO, a dynamic company within the PiLeJe ecosystem, specializes in the development and production of high-value ingredients. We collaborate with both public and private partners within the dietary supplements, dermo-cosmetics, and health products sectors.
Under the guidance of the Operations Director, you will be responsible for executing production operations while adhering to regulations, manufacturing best practices, HSE rules, and established procedures. Your specific responsibilities will include:
- Preparing and weighing components, supplying production equipment with raw materials, manufacturing items, and packaging materials;
- Independently carrying out production operations;
- Conducting pre-start and in-process production checks;
- Collecting sample withdrawals;
- Identifying non-conformities, malfunctions, and anomalies, and alerting your manager and/or quality assurance and/or maintenance;
- Updating the production dossier as the operations progress (volume, samples, operational incidents, production stops, etc.);
- Cleaning production equipment, your workspace, and production areas;
- Inspecting and organizing finished products and returns from production, disposing of production waste;
- Operating production equipment during industrial trials for new products and equipment.
