Ubisoft is seeking a Production Intelligence Analyst to join our dynamic team in Paris. The primary mission of this role is to collaborate with production teams to identify strategies that enhance project quality management and delivery capacity.
The key objective of this position is to provide stakeholders with valuable insights regarding the development status of games, ultimately improving the predictability of our deliveries. The Production Intelligence Analyst will serve as a crucial link between studios and the corporate group, understanding their respective methodologies and effectiveness. This role will spotlight risk areas and suggest actions to enhance performance throughout the production cycle.
Your core responsibilities will include:
- Identifying best production practices at the group level and promoting them across various projects.
- Understanding the ecosystem of each project to disseminate best practices within the group.
- Conducting analyses, generating reports, and making relevant recommendations to improve development practices, iteration speeds, and game feature quality.
- Developing, documenting, and managing tracking tools and systems.
- Designing and maintaining dashboards that integrate necessary metrics for monitoring key performance indicators.
- Establishing internal processes for storing all analyses, building a knowledge base, and enhancing coordination of analyses among development studios.
- Partnering with production teams to identify new opportunities and define a long-term roadmap.
- As a representative of the UDO, ensuring adherence to data best practices within development studios.
