- Leading a team of 8 individuals and coordinating daily tasks.
- Providing training and guidance to fellow staff members.
- Upholding quality, health, and safety standards throughout the production process.
- Participating in production meetings and contributing valuable insights.
- Maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
- Contributing to the development of OHS solutions.
- Completing necessary reports and documentation.
- Collaborating with team members to refine processes and eliminate production issues.
