Join our dynamic team as a Production & Operations Coordinator, where you will play a pivotal role in supporting the Los Angeles-based Production & Operations Department and the Vice President of Production & Operations. This position offers a unique opportunity to engage with various stakeholders and contribute to the smooth functioning of our production processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the VP with calendar management, meeting scheduling for multiple participants, reserving conference rooms, preparing essential documents, coordinating business travel, and managing expense reports.
- Act as a vital link between executives, internal teams, and external partners to ensure timely and efficient handling of all matters.
- Support specific productions alongside Production Managers and Production Leads.
- Ensure the timely receipt and distribution of critical production documents such as schedules, calendars, and at-a-glance grids to relevant teams.
- Maintain and regularly update department and division databases, assignment grids, and shooting calendars.
- Review production company wrap paperwork for assigned series and manage the Dropbox folder and filing system.
- Become proficient in managing content and onboarding users in our internal content management system.
- Engage in various projects assigned by the Production & Operations Department.
