Job Overview
We are looking for a dedicated and skilled Production Specialist to become a vital part of our vibrant team.
The perfect candidate will play a crucial role in our mission to enhance human health and well-being, ensuring we uphold the highest standards of quality in our industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the complete production process, from raw material weighing, processing, tablet compression, capsule filling, sachet filling, blistering, packaging, to final delivery to the warehouse.
- Manage and guide production technicians, assign daily tasks, and ensure compliance with GMP, GDP, and safety protocols.
- Ensure machines are properly cleaned and set up according to work instructions before production begins.
- Monitor production conditions (e.g., temperature, humidity, machine logbooks) and report any malfunctions or deviations promptly.
- Ensure real-time accurate and complete batch documentation, and address machine or infrastructure issues as they arise.
