Your Role
As a Production Supervisor (all genders), you will oversee a designated area within the production or warehouse environment during your shift. You will ensure compliance with KPIs, quality, and safety standards, efficiently coordinate your team, and collaborate closely with other departments to guarantee smooth operations and timely fulfillment of customer requirements.
Your Responsibilities
- Manage a defined section of the production or warehouse process during your shift, ensuring timely achievement of KPIs and customer demands.
- Work closely with other departments to efficiently reach production goals while maintaining high quality.
- Ensure adherence to quality standards, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and all health and safety regulations.
- Monitor smooth workflow, utilize resources efficiently, and manage work organization.
- Plan and coordinate the deployment of shipping and warehouse personnel, ensuring clear task distribution.
- Foster a positive and safe work environment, enhancing productivity, teamwork, and engagement within the team.
