What Will You Do?
As a Production Team Leader, you will be responsible for directing, preparing, and optimizing the production process. You will ensure that everything runs smoothly—from planning and preparation to execution and quality control. You will collaborate closely with management, work preparation, and production teams, acting as a vital link between the office and the shop floor. Additionally, you will be actively involved in production, ensuring that your team works efficiently and maintains high quality standards. As a Production Team Leader, your responsibilities will include:
Receiving and translating orders and schedules to the shop floor;
Preparing production based on drawings and work instructions;
Distributing tasks among production staff;
Setting up, maintaining, and converting machines;
Programming the welding robot and creating molds;
Actively participating in production;
Monitoring quality and progress of tasks;
Coordinating with purchasing and work preparation regarding materials and drawings;
Documenting production and delivery for administration;
Identifying improvement opportunities and optimizing processes.
As a Production Team Leader, you will work 40 hours per week, from Monday to Friday, from 07:45 to 17:00.

A gross monthly salary between €3500 and €4200;
A starting bonus of €250;
Reimbursement of travel expenses at €0.23 per kilometer;
