Qualifications
Requirements:Two to three years of practical welding experience in a high-demand heavy manufacturing setting, showcasing both technical skill and a thorough understanding of industry standards and safety regulations.Demonstrated exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities, facilitating effective collaboration with colleagues, supervisors, and stakeholders to cultivate a productive and harmonious work environment.Prior experience with 5S methodologies and lean manufacturing principles is highly valued, as these practices significantly enhance operational efficiency and workplace organization.Ability to perform assigned tasks and responsibilities with minimal supervision, exemplifying a proactive mindset and strong work ethic to consistently meet or exceed performance expectations.Comprehensive understanding of diverse welding procedures and practices, including but not limited to MIG, TIG, and stick welding, ensuring quality craftsmanship across various projects and applications.

As a critical member of our highly skilled welding team, you will be responsible for proficiently operating welding machines and engaging with a variety of weld fixtures. Adherence to the Canadian Welding Bureau (CWB) welding procedures is essential to maintain the highest standards of quality and safety in all welding operations.
