Strategically manage the assigned territory to consistently meet or exceed sales targets.
Generate leads through proactive engagement with customers in the designated area.
Cultivate effective customer relationships, exploring growth opportunities within the existing customer base while ensuring market penetration and profitability.
Deliver on sales results in alignment with assigned quarterly objectives, taking ownership of area metrics, issues, and clientele.
Maintain a robust pipeline of opportunities to achieve or surpass sales goals.
Provide insightful market feedback to sales and marketing leadership.
Ensure accurate reporting and documentation for effective territory management.
Represent Revance positively at customer locations.
Engage actively in sales meetings, conference calls, and other necessary business discussions.
Exemplify honesty and integrity, adhering to company standards and sales policies.
Basic Qualifications:
Master’s or Bachelor’s degree.
A minimum of 2 years of outside sales experience in the Medical or Aesthetics sector.
Preferred Qualifications:
5+ years of sales or account management experience is a plus.
Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
Experience in medical aesthetics, dermatology, or plastic surgery is advantageous.
Experience with product launches.
Knowledge of buy-and-bill or cash-pay medical practices.
