· Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail and packages.
· Help schedule appointments and manage meeting room bookings.
· Monitor office supplies and notify management when restocking is required.
· Provide clerical support, including data entry, filing, and photocopying.
· Collaborate with other departments to ensure effective office operations.
· Maintain security protocols by managing visitor access.
