About the Role: As a Professional Services Consultant / Implementation Lead at Datapay, you will bridge the gap between client business users, stakeholders, and implementation teams. This dynamic role offers an exciting opportunity to enhance your analytical, design, communication, and interpersonal skills. You will confidently engage with clients at all levels, leading workshops, gathering requirements, devising solutions, and clearly articulating Datapay concepts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee end-to-end project management for multiple implementation projects, ensuring timely and successful delivery.
- Engage proactively with customers throughout the project lifecycle by attending meetings and providing regular updates.
- Facilitate scoping and design workshops to determine customer payroll, system configuration, and integration needs.
- Execute system configuration, integration configurations, and data imports into Datapay; plan and conduct validation and reconciliation with legacy systems.
- Manage various testing phases with clients, resolve defects, and investigate payroll variances.
- Deliver comprehensive demonstrations and training sessions for users as part of go-live preparations.
- Ensure a smooth transition by providing thorough handover documentation to support teams or account managers.
