Profile Technician / Machine Operator
Join the dynamic team at Highwood USA as a Profile Technician on our 3rd shift (10:50 PM - 7:10 AM, Sunday to Thursday). Key Responsibilities
Supply the correct materials in the required quantities to the production lines.
Execute timely and effective line and equipment start-ups.
Operate profile and compound lines following established procedures.
Conduct color and tool changeovers efficiently.
Perform regular quality checks to meet specified standards.
Adjust production lines to align with customer specifications and quality standards.
Maintain equipment through daily and weekly preventive maintenance.
Carry out basic maintenance tasks, including parts repair and replacement.
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Document production metrics, scrap, and operational conditions accurately.
Utilize basic computer skills for operational tasks.
Operate forklifts safely and effectively.
Troubleshoot equipment and process challenges.
Package finished products securely.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Undertake other assigned duties as necessary.
