As a Profile Technician, you'll be responsible for efficiently managing the creation of customized profiles from raw materials, conducting quality assessments, and packaging the final products—all while adhering to safety protocols.
Key Responsibilities:
Supply accurate materials in the right quantities to production lines.
Oversee timely start-ups of lines and equipment.
Operate profile and compound lines in accordance with established guidelines.
Execute color and tool changeovers with precision.
Conduct frequent quality checks to ensure adherence to specifications.
Adjust production lines to meet customer requirements while maintaining high quality and productivity.
Perform regular maintenance, inspections, and cleaning of equipment.
Engage in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance processes.
Document production metrics, scrap rates, and operational conditions accurately.
Learn and utilize basic computer skills for operational tasks.
Operate forklifts as required.
Troubleshoot equipment and process challenges effectively.
Package finished products with care, ensuring quality standards are met.
Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
Undertake additional tasks as assigned.
