- Organize and maintain incoming program materials, including eligibility and verification documents, employment plans, and progress reports, in accordance with our established filing system.
- Conduct thorough searches and investigations of information contained in files, manage a file tracking system, ensure files are up-to-date, and respond to requests for information or file removals. Purge files in compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
- Gather program eligibility documents and coordinate intake appointments with Career Advisors to support job seekers effectively.
- Serve as a welcoming presence at the reception and career center, answering phones and assisting customers and job seekers as needed.
- Provide comprehensive administrative support and undertake special projects as directed by the Director and Managers.
- Perform additional duties as necessary to meet business needs and enhance operational efficiency.
