ABOUT THE JOB
We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Program Coordinator to join Anduril’s Air Dominance and Strike team. In this role, you will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth operations within our dynamic organization. You will engage with both internal leaders and external stakeholders, acting as a key liaison for customers, vendors, and executives. Your proactive approach to managing requests and maintaining organization will be vital to our team's success.
WHAT YOU'LL DO- Support program leadership by planning and coordinating visits from Anduril’s customers and VIP USG representatives.
- Address customer inquiries regarding Anduril infrastructure (including badging, IT, and visit requests).
- Coordinate and execute program-level reviews of engineering, finance, and schedule data.
- Manage and track team security clearances.
- Effectively oversee the program calendar and individual schedules.
- Assist with special projects for the Program Leadership Team as required.
- Respond to internal and external meeting requests.
- Arrange travel, accommodations, itineraries, and manage all related correspondence.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for external guests.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-departmental teams.
