We are looking for a dynamic Program Manager (Ecosystem) to spearhead our ecosystem initiatives, which encompass educational programs, agency collaborations, and community engagement events. In this pivotal role, you will ensure that these initiatives operate seamlessly, align with our strategic goals, and expand in response to growing demand.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee the daily operations of our educational programs, ensuring adherence to timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
Enhance program infrastructure, including enrollment processes, communications, tracking mechanisms, feedback collection, and internal routing.
Facilitate the onboarding, enablement, and continuous support for agency partners.
Manage communications, scheduling, and resource allocation for our partners.
Assist in planning and executing community events, both virtual and in-person, including logistics, communication strategies, and follow-up actions.
Establish and maintain community touchpoints to keep customers and partners engaged between significant events.
Monitor participation, engagement, and outcomes across educational programs, partnerships, and events to ensure effectiveness and continuous improvement.
Compile and synthesize feedback, inquiries, and insights from the ecosystem into actionable takeaways for internal teams.
Collaborate with Product teams to identify issues and insights arising from educational programs, partnerships, and events.
Refine and document processes to ensure that ecosystem programs can scale efficiently.
Your Profile
1 to 3 years of experience in operations, program management, customer success, consulting, or product operations in a fast-paced setting.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and dependable, with a passion for timelines, checklists, and effective systems.
Exceptional communication skills, capable of coordinating across teams and maintaining stakeholder alignment.
Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively.
A sense of ownership and pride in completing necessary tasks.
Comfortable working in ambiguous situations and adept at creating structure when needed.
A keen interest in startups, education, and understanding real-world product applications.
