Your Responsibilities
The Netherlands faces significant spatial challenges, including housing shortages, mobility issues, climate adaptation, and the integration of these themes. As a Program Manager, you will assist governments and social organizations in developing visions, policies, and implementation strategies. You will provide clarity, insight, and actionable perspectives, directly contributing to the spatial organization of the Netherlands. In your role as a Program Manager and strategic advisor within public administration, you will tackle the most substantial social challenges in the country. You will help public clients achieve tangible results in complex projects, guiding teams and clients from problem to solution and taking charge of securing leading assignments from top administrative and governmental clients.

Your Team
You will be part of the Space and Living Environment team: a vibrant group of twenty-five passionate advisors specializing in spatial planning, planning theory, and public administration. This team is part of the Energy and Living Environment advisory group, comprising seventy advisors collaborating on diverse issues within the physical living environment. You will work in dynamic project teams to optimally staff each assignment, considering not only the substantive issue but also governance, organizational structure, change tasks, and regional cooperation in our advisory services.
There is ample opportunity for you to develop both content-wise and professionally. We offer a wide range of internal and external training programs and encourage you to pursue your ambitions. If you are new to the consulting industry, we will assist you in quickly getting up to speed, and you can always rely on your colleagues for support.
