PROGRAM MANAGER
PATIENT EXPERIENCE
JOB SUMMARY:
The Program Manager role is pivotal to the operations of Snow Companies. This role is tasked with the planning and execution of patient education programs, whether in virtual or live formats, while also overseeing program promotion and attendance. Key skills required for this position include expertise in event planning and coordination, exceptional attention to detail, strong communication abilities, organizational skills, and resourcefulness. The Programs team collaborates closely with Account team members to understand client needs regarding program selection and development. Program Managers report to Associate or Program Directors. At Snow, we prioritize the patient journey, and as such, the Program Manager must possess empathy and sensitivity towards the unique experiences of patients and their caregivers, integrating these insights into our strategic offerings.
PATIENT PRIVACY:
Working closely with patients necessitates adherence to privacy standards, as there is a likelihood of encountering personally identifiable information (PII) and personal health information (PHI). The Program Manager will need to complete comprehensive training on various policies, which may include:
- Snow Policies and Procedures
- Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) compliance covering the Privacy Rule, Security Rule, and Sunshine Act reporting
- Adverse Event (AE) Reporting
- Promotional regulations for pharmaceuticals under the FDA and FTC, among other applicable laws
- Privacy and Data Security protocols
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Ideal candidates for the Program Manager position should have experience in executing the following key functions:
- Organizing virtual webinars and events aimed at patient and caregiver audiences for our pharmaceutical clients
- Managing live event details, including venue setup, menu selection, and Audio/Visual requirements
- Understanding technical specifications and meeting objectives to ensure successful outcomes
