Qualifications
What You'll DoAs a builder of the Risk Operations Quality program, you will conceptualize and implement quality assurance frameworks, processes, and metrics from the ground up, scaling these initiatives across the Risk Operations organization. You will work collaboratively with Risk leadership, Engineering, and Data Science to embed quality standards in our operational workflows, ensuring we gather insights necessary to continuously elevate performance and user experience.ResponsibilitiesLead complex global programs from inception through design and execution, focusing on high-impact strategic initiatives.Engage with diverse stakeholders across Risk Operations, Risk Product, Risk Engineering, and other teams (e.g., Policy, Data Science) to prioritize and enhance project outcomes.Design and implement programs that yield significant improvements in operational processes and business results.Develop and refine the Risk Operations Quality program, establishing frameworks and processes for systematic measurement and enhancement of operational quality across the organization.Establish agent performance metrics and standards.
