As a Program Manager at InfoPro Learning, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing customer experiences by engaging with clients, identifying their genuine learning needs, and recommending tailored learning solutions. You will collaborate closely with Project Lead Associates (PLAs) to develop proposals and oversee project delivery. Your responsibilities will include building and nurturing strong customer relationships while actively seeking opportunities to expand accounts by identifying additional business prospects. Furthermore, you will liaise with the team to communicate customer requirements effectively to each member based on their specific roles and responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Gather and document client expectations, budget constraints, and related information, and relay this to the team.
- Assess the scope of work to provide accurate size and effort estimates.
- Proactively coordinate with production and support teams to ensure timely updates and workflow.
- Review deliverables to ensure alignment with client requirements.
- Identify and analyze complex challenges and devise sustainable solutions.
- Manage client relations to ensure satisfaction.
- Oversee multiple projects running concurrently across various accounts.
- Forecast revenue and ensure adherence to compliance standards.
- Drive key performance indicators (KPIs) for projects, including schedule, quality, budget, client requirements, and contractual obligations.
