Key Responsibilities:
- Review and finalize Training Plans in collaboration with the transformation readiness team.
- Design, develop, and deliver comprehensive, role-specific training as outlined in the VCF Transformation Training Plan.
- Create and co-deliver VCF substantive training focused on end-to-end claims lifecycle processes, utilizing content provided by VCF subject matter experts.
- Develop user-friendly, high-quality graphics and communication media for How-To Guides, website content, and other informational tools to educate the public, law firms, and VCF staff about VCF Transformation.
- Work alongside the VCF team and the system integrator to support staff during the transition, ensuring a smooth implementation of the new claim review and operational processes.
