Salary Range: ₹400,000 - ₹600,000 (INR 4-6 LPA)
This full-time position based in Hyderabad involves overseeing the planning, execution, and management of youth-centered programs aimed at fostering social development. The ideal candidate will be a dynamic leader, adept at engaging diverse stakeholders and driving impactful outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage center operations, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and timelines.
- Develop and execute strategic plans and activity calendars for youth development initiatives.
- Monitor program efficacy, track results, and prepare reports for senior management.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and organizational standards.
Youth Development & Community Engagement:
- Design and implement programs that enhance life skills, provide career guidance, and foster educational advancement.
- Organize workshops and events that empower youth and promote community involvement.
- Establish strong connections with local communities, families, and youth groups to ensure program relevance.
Government Relations & Stakeholder Management:
- Build and maintain partnerships with local government entities and NGOs.
- Represent the organization at government meetings and social sector forums.
- Assist in fundraising initiatives by coordinating with stakeholders and government agencies.
Team Leadership & Capacity Building:
- Manage and mentor a team of program officers and volunteers.
- Enhance internal capabilities through training and knowledge-sharing.
- Promote a collaborative and inclusive workplace that fosters innovation and accountability.
