Education, Qualifications, and Skills - Preferred: University degree or equivalent experience. - Minimum 3-5 years in high-volume recruitment coordination. - Exceptional verbal and written communication skills for client and supplier interactions. - Adaptability to a dynamic work environment. - Strong analytical, problem-solving, documentation, and follow-up skills. - Excellent time management and organizational skills with attention to detail. - Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and VMS (Beeline or Fieldglass) experience is a plus. - Ability to work independently and maintain a customer-focused approach.
