Join AssistRx, a leader in patient services, as a Program Supervisor for our Patient Services team. In this role, you will oversee and guide our intake teams responsible for triaging calls, facilitating the enrollment process, and conducting benefit investigations. You will strategize and implement operational service center initiatives aimed at enhancing systems and processes, achieving quality targets, and fostering strong partnerships with business stakeholders. This position demands exceptional leadership, coordination, scheduling, recruitment, communication, staff development, project leadership, and process redesign abilities.
- Establish, monitor, analyze, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to the efficiency of patient access processes and initiatives.
- Lead the recruitment, selection, and development of departmental associates; offer training and constructive feedback; mentor team members to ensure their success; and manage performance evaluations.
- Work in collaboration with call center management to implement programs aimed at increasing conversion rates, compliance, and adherence.
- Coordinate and manage special projects that often require cross-functional collaboration.
- Engage with external audiences, primarily healthcare providers and insurers, to present program information.
