Primary Duties & ResponsibilitiesCoordinate administrative activities essential for course execution.Manage student attendance tracking, documentation, and reporting.Distribute instructional materials and course packets effectively.Assist in classroom setup, readiness, and maintain communication with facilitators.Ensure all administrative deliverables are completed punctually and with at least 98% accuracy.Act as an administrative liaison between government stakeholders and contractor personnel.Support preparation for program reviews, audits, and reporting requirements.Maintain compliance with all PWS-mandated administrative processes and documentation standards.Required QualificationsAt least 3 years of experience in administrative support, program coordination, or training support environments.

Position Overview

The Program Support Specialist will deliver extensive administrative and logistical support to the Command Team Spouse Development Program – Battalion (CTSDP‑BN). This critical role ensures seamless coordination, accurate reporting, and timely execution of all program activities in compliance with government directives. The Program Support Specialist is integral to facilitating successful course delivery and providing support to both facilitators and program leadership.
