Join us as a Programme Manager, where you will be the vibrant presence that transforms mornings and afternoons into extraordinary experiences for children. This position requires a commitment of a minimum of 15 hours per week, with shifts scheduled from Monday to Friday.
- Afternoon/After School shifts are from 2:30 PM to 6:00 PM. Availability starting from 2:30 PM is essential, with variable finish times.
- Opportunities for additional hours during school holidays are available (between 7 AM and 6 PM).
We are also hiring for several 2IC (Assistant Manager) positions, so even if you are not selected for the Programme Manager role, we will consider you for the 2IC role for further advancement.
Your Responsibilities Include:
- Overseeing daily operations of our sKids programmes, from setup to execution, while fostering strong relationships within our school communities.
- Engaging with Tamariki in exciting activities such as arts & crafts, sports, games, offsite adventures (swimming, picnics, movies), baking, drama, and music.
- Leading safe, fun, and engaging sessions that keep children active and ensure smooth operational flow.
- Being the approachable point of contact for parents and schools, maintaining positive and warm communication.
- Supporting and inspiring your team to excel and perform at their best every day.
- Arriving early to prepare activities, coordinate Programme Assistants, and organize resources for a seamless start.
