Join PM2CM as a Project Accountant to contribute to the Los Angeles Community College District (LACCD) Bond Program. In this pivotal role, you will oversee the management of construction and professional services invoice workflows, playing an essential part in one of the largest community college construction initiatives in the country.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist project and finance teams with cost tracking, invoice management, and expenditure oversight.
- Serve as the subject matter expert in invoice processing, ensuring adherence to program protocols.
- Provide outstanding support to internal teams and vendors, effectively resolving invoice discrepancies and payment delays.
- Review and process vendor payables, guaranteeing documentation accuracy and timely approvals.
- Engage with contractors, suppliers, and consultants to communicate payment statuses.
- Analyze general contractor payment applications and aid in resolving discrepancies.
- Maintain comprehensive vendor payment records and prepare for audit readiness.
- Support various ad-hoc financial tasks as needed.
