Collaborate closely with team members from the bond program to manage cost and invoice commitments and address expenditure-related issues.
Serve as the go-to expert for invoice processing within the bond program team.
Deliver exceptional customer service to bond program teammates and vendors alike.
Engage effectively with other personnel in the bond program to swiftly resolve any invoice payment challenges and secure necessary authorization signatures.
Assess and ensure compliance with bond requirements regarding payment requests.
Review and process Bond Program invoices in line with established accounting procedures.
Manage invoice processing in accordance with program standard operating procedures.
Communicate with relevant construction and professional services vendors as required.
Prepare and/or review vendor documentation to facilitate payment processing.
Assist in the analysis of contractor payments.
Support the Accounting Manager in identifying inaccuracies and devising innovative solutions to reduce the likelihood of recurring discrepancies.
Detect and resolve discrepancies or inconsistencies in invoice documentation promptly.
