As a Project Analyst at Carvana, you will play a crucial role in providing both administrative support and engaging in hands-on operational tasks. Your contributions will be pivotal in enhancing our Reconditioning and Inventory Quality Readiness teams. We are looking for a proactive problem-solver and a champion for team engagement who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and is comfortable working in both office and outdoor settings year-round.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the pre-employment and post-employment processes for new hires, including I-9 verifications, communication, and hiring events.
- Facilitate new hire orientation to ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
- Maintain and update site rosters to reflect accurate staffing information.
- Order and manage site-level supplies as needed.
- Prepare and implement communication plans for key operational initiatives and events.
- Create and distribute internal communications, including emails, business updates, all-employee meeting presentations, and announcements.
- Coordinate and oversee onsite engagement events to foster a strong workplace culture.
- Collaborate with leadership teams, internal stakeholders, vendors, and partners to address and support operational needs.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by the site leader.
