• Leveraging your experience in the Canadian banking sector to contribute to project success.
• Maintaining comprehensive project files, including documentation, meeting minutes, project status reports, and related correspondence.
• Overseeing project budgets by reviewing weekly and monthly timesheet reports, approving invoices, and forecasting ongoing costs.
• Organizing and scheduling meetings, preparing meeting minutes, and following up on action items to ensure alignment.
• Applying hands-on experience with Microsoft Project for effective project scheduling and tracking.
• Communicating ongoing project status, submitting agreed-upon reports, and escalating any issues to the appropriate stakeholders.
