Your Role:
As a Project Controls Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in managing project budgets, cost reporting, forecasting, change management, and overall project reporting. You will be integral in ensuring the success of our construction projects through effective cost control and progress tracking.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage all project controls activities, including cost control, change management, forecasting, and progress tracking for construction projects.
- Establish and maintain the project Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) and Cost Breakdown Structure (CBS), ensuring control systems align with the project controls plan.
- Prepare and update construction progress scorecards and cost reports to support project performance tracking.
- Review and verify daily timesheet coding and provide cost coding for procurement requisitions and subcontractor invoices.
- Oversee the change management process, including the development and submission of change proposals for client approval.
- Apply extensive site-based project controls experience across various contract models.
- Ensure timely and accurate reporting while maintaining data integrity across all project controls functions.
- Represent the Project Controls team in meetings with internal project teams and clients.
