- Conduct comprehensive cost estimating, analysis, and control activities.
- Oversee cost engineering and planning/scheduling activities, providing technical direction and identifying trends for management review.
- Manage schedule development, maintenance, and monitoring efforts.
- Lead cost engineering analysis and control operations.
- Prepare and review cost engineering and planning presentations.
- Support project organizational and administrative functions.
- Responsible for cost engineering, cost analysis/control, and planning and scheduling for projects with complex requirements.
- Exhibit advanced skills in identifying, analyzing, and providing innovative solutions for cost engineering and schedule guidance.
- Ensure timely completion of work and monitor cost trends for managerial attention.
- Utilize expertise to influence the development of objectives and principles, achieving goals creatively.
- Develop advanced concepts and techniques based on professional principles and theories.
