The Agence de Services et de Paiement (ASP) is a public administrative institution under the dual supervision of the ministries responsible for Agriculture and Employment. As the leading European payment organization for agricultural aids under the Common Agricultural Policy (CAP), ASP possesses recognized expertise in administrative engineering, instruction, control, payment, and user assistance for numerous public aid schemes.
Within ASP, you will join the Directorate of Direct Agricultural Supports (DSDA), which oversees the implementation of direct aid under the CAP: 350,000 farmers and 8.5 billion euros paid annually under the first and second pillars of the CAP. Located in Montreuil, the DSDA is composed of four services (instruction, ordonnancing, controls, audit, and anti-fraud) and an IT department, the Directorate of Operations Isis-Telepac (DDO).
The DSDA is responsible for the project management of the information system “Isis-telepac” for managing direct CAP aids. This system is technically developed by an IT service provider. The Directorate of Operations (DDO) is operationally responsible for conducting and monitoring the operations assigned to the Isis-telepac information system.
The Directorate of Operations (DDO) is organized into various services and sectors, including the Service of Financial and Contractual Affairs (SAFC), to which this position is attached.
Objectives
Support the planning of work on the information system that supports the disbursement of European aids under the Common Agricultural Policy.
