About the Role
As a Project Coordinator at emotainizioengage, you will be instrumental in orchestrating the planning and execution of cutting-edge exhibitions and booth projects. Reporting directly to a Senior Project Manager, you will ensure the seamless coordination of project components, including timeline adherence, budget oversight, and stakeholder communication, fostering an effective collaboration with our teams, suppliers, and clients. Your Responsibilities
In this role, you will:
Project Coordination:
- Assist Project Managers, Seniors, and Directors in the planning, execution, and closure of exhibit and environment projects, ensuring deadlines and budgets are met.
- Coordinate internal and external meetings, including the preparation of agendas, notes, and action points.
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation, timelines, and status reports for all assigned projects using enterprise tools like Smartsheet.
- Collaborate with other service lines, including Creative, Logistics, and Live Production.
Budget Management:
- Track budgets, client POs, and invoicing using company tools.
- Assist in post-event cost reconciliations and expense reporting.
Client and Stakeholder Support:
- Ensure timely communication with the Project Lead and relevant delivery teams.
- Prepare presentations and documentation for both internal and client-facing purposes.
Onsite Support:
- Travel globally to participate in onsite setup, delivery, and breakdown.
- Provide support to the broader team onsite, acting as a point of contact for crew and suppliers.
