As a Project Coordinator, you will be the driving force behind our initiatives related to public lighting and traffic installations (VRI’s). You will ensure that the installation, maintenance, and repair of these systems proceed smoothly and efficiently, directly contributing to safer traffic situations, improved flow, and a well-lit environment for residents and road users.
You will oversee projects from initiation to delivery, closely monitoring progress, schedules, budgets, and quality. Acting as the vital link between clients, suppliers, subcontractors, and internal teams, your client-focused approach and strong organizational skills will facilitate clear communication, timely adjustments to challenges, and optimal collaboration among all parties involved.
Your Responsibilities:
Project Coordination: Direct all phases of projects and ensure smooth alignment among stakeholders.
Communication and Collaboration: Maintain active contact with clients, suppliers, and colleagues, continuously monitoring progress.
Planning and Reporting: Develop detailed project plans, keep your project administration organized, and report on progress, results, and risks.
Quality Assurance: Ensure that work and materials meet established standards and requirements.
Contract Management: Manage and monitor contracts, ensuring adherence to contractual obligations.
Procurement: Handle the procurement of materials and services essential for project success.
Client Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, ensuring optimal outcomes both contractually and in execution.

- A gross monthly salary between €3,291.12 and €6,377.67 based on a 40-hour workweek, depending on your education and experience.
