As a Project Coordinator for Repairs, you play a pivotal role in addressing daily maintenance issues, ranging from sticking doors to complete bathroom or kitchen renovations. You will directly engage with residents to clarify situations, schedule appointments, and dispatch work orders to craftsmen through our digital planning board.
Your work will take place both on-site and in the office, where you will monitor the progress of repairs and ensure that each issue is resolved swiftly and appropriately. By maintaining regular communication with residents and tradespeople, you will keep track of everything and keep residents informed of any necessary follow-up actions. Your role is essential in ensuring resident satisfaction and efficiently managing all maintenance concerns.
What You'll Do
Document repair requests
Address tenant complaints within established guidelines
Schedule, manage, and coordinate tradespeople and subcontractors
Ensure comprehensive project documentation
Maintain relationships with clients, suppliers, and partners
Guide the execution and attend project completions
Track additional and reduced work and prepare for billing
