The Project Coordinator will oversee the complete lifecycle of various localization projects within a dynamic and fast-paced environment. This position requires effective coordination of all project phases while accurately predicting the timelines for each phase.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee multiple localization projects from initiation to completion.
Coordinate all aspects of project phases and anticipate the duration of each stage.
Engage with sales teams to clarify project specifications.
Negotiate project timelines and pricing with vendors.
Build and maintain strong relationships with translators and proofreaders worldwide.
Track and manage project statuses diligently.
Handle project finances, including budget management.
Prepare and keep project documentation up to date.
Ensure compliance with relevant procedures and guidelines.
Conduct quality checks at various stages to maintain high standards of accuracy.
