Qualifications
Key Responsibilities: Assist in the execution of client projects, including setup, quality assurance, and coordination with annotators. Support the creation of project documentation, guides, trackers, and established workflows. Track task progress and report any delivery impediments or risks to the project team. Maintain clear communication with internal stakeholders and, depending on the project, with clients. Ensure operational tasks, such as naming conventions, daily reports, and submissions, are performed accurately and punctually. Participate in process enhancements, knowledge sharing, and internal initiatives within the Delivery team. Qualifications: 0 to 2 years of relevant experience in operations, project coordination, or internships (recent graduates are encouraged to apply). Familiarity with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive). Exceptional attention to detail, time management, and follow-through abilities. Self-driven and eager to learn quickly in a fast-paced environment. Strong written and verbal communication skills (English proficiency required). A positive, open-minded attitude with a growth mindset. Interest in AI; experience with AI agents and automation is a significant advantage. Open to applicants within and outside Malaysia; those located outside Malaysia will be considered for a fully remote position.
