Qualifications
Key Responsibilities:Translate client requirements into effective learning solutions.Develop and oversee actionable project plans, ensuring progress towards key deliverables.Manage project budgets, contracts, and timelines to achieve successful project outcomes.Forge strong relationships with clients, especially senior stakeholders in multinational FTSE 500 companies.Collaborate with internal and external partners to maintain project momentum and uphold quality standards.Lead project teams, providing essential feedback, guidance, and support to ensure achievement of project milestones and objectives.Prepare and present status updates and presentations to both clients and internal teams.Identify, monitor, and relay project risks and issues to facilitate swift resolutions.Compile and analyze data to assess project performance.Qualifications:Proven experience in designing learning and development programs, particularly in Leadership Development or in consulting roles focused on people-related fields.A minimum of 4 years of project management experience; a project management qualification is preferred.A Bachelor's degree in business or a related field is required.Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a demonstrated ability to build and sustain relationships with key stakeholders.Resilient and adaptable, with a comfort level in dynamic environments.Strong leadership, motivation, and influence skills to drive team success.Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.Proven capability to manage multiple projects concurrently.Willingness to travel regularly.
