Architectural Engineer - Project Engineer
Location: Rhodes
Employment Type: Permanent/Full-time
Objective:
The Project Engineer/Architect will be responsible for supervising technical projects on-site, ensuring compliance with quality and aesthetic specifications. This role requires collaboration with the project management team, as well as the design and technical office of the company, to execute projects and achieve the strategic goals of the Mitsis Group.
Responsibilities:
- Implement architectural study reviews in conjunction with structural and electromechanical studies, preparing necessary technical reports for all relevant areas of responsibility, ensuring the successful execution of the studies.
- Prepare estimates and compile necessary work and material articles, ensuring economic evaluation by the project management and timely procurement of necessary materials for project execution.
- Schedule required tasks on a total, monthly, weekly, and daily basis. Communicate the schedule with the project management and all collaborators, ensuring its approval and implementation.
- Supervise the project on-site and coordinate labor and technical personnel and crews, ensuring safe, timely, and effective task execution.
- Communicate with project management, supervisor collaborators, designers, suppliers, subcontractors, and other partners to ensure adherence to timelines and smooth material flow on-site.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations during construction.
- Study and organize all tasks related to their technical field necessary for project execution, even if not included in the contractual documentation.
- Prepare, document, and communicate project progress to management, ensuring transparency and alignment.
