Role Overview and Responsibilities
As a Project Engineer, you will be responsible for the timely and efficient delivery of assigned projects, ensuring maximum potential for EnerMech is achieved. You will oversee project engineering tasks from initiation to final accounting, managing deliverables and budgets. Key responsibilities include:
- Coordinating multi-discipline engineering efforts and other functions necessary for project delivery.
- Managing operational and financial activities to ensure effective project completion, including status reporting and documentation.
- Maintaining schedules for all relevant project resources.
- Identifying and communicating risks related to project schedules, deliverables, and costs proactively.
- Acting as the client representative on-site to ensure adherence to work scope implementation as per client and company procedures.
Your main activities will include:
- Delivering work scopes from initial inquiry through to final account.
- Collaborating with multi-discipline project teams and managing communication with third-party suppliers, sub-contractors, and EnerMech service departments.
- Conducting onshore and offshore site surveys to gather necessary input data.
- Leading site work scopes as the responsible project engineer for EnerMech.
- Compiling project-related documentation, including job tenders, project plans, work schedules, implementation methodologies, and close-out documentation.
- Ensuring accurate completion of purchase requisitions.
