The Project Engineer plays a pivotal role in supporting the RSS organization by overseeing product support bulletin processes and projects related to STS and the broader Service organization.
In this position, you will collaborate with various teams and stakeholders to track project progress and ensure timely completion while meeting all deliverables.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and nurture relationships with both internal and external customers, ensuring a clear understanding of customer expectations.
- Guarantee that projects are completed on schedule, achieving specified outcomes and adhering to quality standards.
- Assist in customer data research utilizing internal systems, such as SharePoint, MTMS, AX, and MS D365.
- Maintain current databases with project-related information including customer feedback, actions, and issues.
- Foster internal collaboration with departments such as sales, contracts, operations, engineering, quality, legal, and service.
- Act as a liaison between STS and other RSS teams (Operations & After Market) throughout the project lifecycle.
- Execute a variety of project management administrative tasks.
- Support team members in implementing risk management strategies for Service Bulletins and other projects.
- Monitor and track daily progress of assigned projects and bulletins.
- Create and maintain status reports for the STS Lead and other stakeholders.
- Organize meetings and coordinate project logistics.
- Maintain project documents such as project plans, schedules, or scope statements as directed by the STS Lead.
- Engage in cross-team collaboration to assist project members in completing tasks and delivering outcomes.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and guidelines.
- Be accountable for personal health and safety.
- Perform any other team duties as required.
