Your Role as Project Engineer
This is an exciting opportunity to take on a critical role with ample autonomy and diversity in responsibilities. As the Project Engineer, you will oversee your projects from the initial concept stage through prototyping to full-scale production. Our clients consistently challenge us to innovate with new materials and processes, making this position ideal for self-motivated individuals eager to advance within a dynamic company.
Export Control Requirement: In compliance with export control regulations, candidates must be U.S. citizens or nationals, U.S. permanent residents (Green Card holders), or individuals lawfully admitted to the U.S. as refugees or granted asylum.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers to gather requirements and develop project estimates.
- Collaborate on designs with both customers and manufacturing teams.
- Lead cross-departmental project planning and design review sessions.
- Create CAD drawings and documentation necessary for part and tooling production.
- Prepare production support documentation including ply kits and lamination instructions.
- Specify necessary materials and generate Bill of Materials (BOM).
- Establish and maintain project timelines.
- Monitor project expenditure and ensure budget adherence.
- Provide manufacturing support as needed.

- Experience in composite materials and manufacturing processes is a plus.
