Are you ready to contribute to one of the most ambitious infrastructure projects in Flanders? The R4WO project involves the redesign of the R4 West and East around Ghent. The goals are:
Improved and safer traffic flow
Enhanced accessibility for businesses
Sustainable mobility solutions for the region
With a total length of 20 km and numerous complex interventions – from new bridges and tunnels to smart traffic solutions – R4WO is a key project for the future of mobility in East Flanders.
Your Role
As a Project Management Assistant, you will support the project team in daily operational tasks. You will ensure the accurate flow of information and documentation, coordinate communication, and assist in onboarding new team members. You will be a vital link between internal and external stakeholders.
Core Responsibilities:
Support in risk management, change management, and planning administration
Manage documents and information provision
Coordinate internal communication and assist in stakeholder management
Prepare reports and follow up on actions
Organize onboarding for new team members
Assist with local information markets and communication initiatives.
