Your Future Team:
Reporting to Sylvain, Business Engineer at Assystem Project Management, you will be part of teams responsible for AMOA / AMOEG, providing assistance to Operations Managers across several major railway projects.
Main Responsibilities:
- Leading Operations
- Drafting operational programs
- Managing projects in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders (facilitating, steering, monitoring) with respect to quality, cost, and deadlines;
- Reporting on operations
- Preparing funding agreements
- Assisting project management during project consultation phases
- Compiling synthesis documents
- Writing project documents (PMP, Project Organization Notes)
- Facilitating internal meetings
