Ensol Multiclean Equipments Pvt. Ltd., a prominent leader in innovative Waste Management, Utility, and Disaster Management solutions, is in search of a skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our dynamic team. This pivotal role will involve managing and coordinating projects to ensure flawless execution from the moment an order is received until the performance certificates are issued by customers. Key Responsibilities:
- Project Planning and Coordination: Formulate detailed project plans that specify timelines, milestones, and expected deliverables.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution from order receipt through to performance certificate issuance.
- Order Management: Oversee and track orders to guarantee timely processing, production, dispatch, and delivery, including client demonstrations/training.
- Engage with various departments to promptly address any issues or delays related to orders.
- Financial Tracking: Keep a watchful eye on project finances, including payments, Performance Bank Guarantee (PBG), Earnest Money Deposit (EMD), and invoicing.
- Partner with the finance team to assure the accuracy and timeliness of financial transactions associated with projects.
- Customer Communication: Act as the primary liaison for clients throughout the project lifecycle, providing regular status updates and addressing customer inquiries or concerns.
- Quality Assurance: Implement and maintain quality control measures to ensure project deliverables meet or exceed client expectations, conducting inspections and quality checks at key project stages.
- Performance Certificate: Ensure the timely acquisition of performance certificates from clients upon project completion, addressing feedback or concerns in collaboration with the relevant teams.
