We are in search of a skilled Project Manager to lead a diverse array of electrical projects, providing strategic direction to our field teams. Our Project Managers are responsible for profit and loss management, offering financial oversight and showcasing operational excellence.
Responsibilities
- Execute projects that align with client objectives while surpassing expectations.
- Establish and maintain strong business relationships with clients, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations.
- Guide the formulation of detailed project plans for each assigned project, addressing all requirements, constraints, and opportunities.
- Oversee all project activities, including design, planning, and execution until project completion.
- Foster new business development opportunities to enhance organizational growth.
- Manage financial performance while proactively reducing risk exposure.
- Provide leadership and support to field teams to ensure project success.
- Keep comprehensive project records to guarantee relevant information is thoroughly documented and secured.
Qualifications
- Solid understanding of all facets of construction, industry practices, processes, standards, and their implications on project tasks.
- Proven ability to multitask, collaborate effectively, prioritize responsibilities, and take initiative.
- Successful track record of leading teams through complex project implementations.
- Experience managing and motivating field-level staff to meet project objectives.
- Exceptional organizational, verbal, written, and presentation skills; bilingualism is a plus.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Bachelor’s Degree or a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience.
- 5+ years of project management experience within the electrical sector.
