You will coordinate efforts with Delta colleagues and local partners across the EMEA region to guarantee that every project aligns with client needs and industry standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage internal resources and external vendors for seamless project execution
- Ensure timely delivery of projects within the established scope and budget
- Define project scope and objectives while engaging relevant stakeholders to ensure technical feasibility
- Oversee resource availability and allocation
- Create a detailed project plan to track and monitor progress
- Manage changes to project scope, schedule, and costs using effective verification techniques
- Utilize appropriate tools and techniques to measure project performance
- Provide management with timely reports and escalate issues as necessary
- Foster strong relationships with clients and all stakeholders
- Implement risk management strategies to minimize project risks
- Establish and maintain relationships with third-party vendors
- Generate and maintain comprehensive project documentation
- Engage with clients for detailed briefings and clarification of project requirements
- Monitor project performance against short and long-term goals
- Adapt project constraints based on financial analysis to meet budgetary objectives
- Develop project plans for client and staff dissemination
- Prepare status reports for upper management
