Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the Regulatory team to manage accreditation deadlines for new partner sites, ensuring operational readiness for Board of Nursing (BON) visits and regulatory evaluations to support prompt approval and launch.
- Lead the transition of partner data from HubSpot to Smartsheet, creating and maintaining dashboards that offer real-time project insights to the VP of Operations.
- Oversee the complete project management cycle for partner site launches, including the coordination of facility readiness, procurement of equipment and supplies, and IT systems integration.
- Manage the launch budgets, tracking both Capital Expenditures (CapEx) and Operational Expenditures (OpEx), ensuring financial integrity throughout the implementation process.
- Ensure that all “Closed-Won” deliverables in HubSpot are accurately transformed into actionable project plans and monitored until completion.
- Collaborate with HR and Recruitment to spearhead the hiring, onboarding, and training processes for site-level personnel necessary for operating partner locations.
- Facilitate weekly and as-needed cross-functional launch readiness meetings with Admissions, Marketing, Academic Affairs, Financial Aid, Student Services, IT, Regulatory Compliance, and Clinical Clearance teams to mitigate risks, foster alignment, and manage project scope.
- Act as the main point of contact for partners during the implementation phase, managing expectations and delivering a collaborative, high-touch launch experience.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Note: This position is remote but requires travel to partner locations.
